Cruz Beckham’s Bob Dylan Cover Shows He’s More Than Just a Famous Surname

For years, Cruz Beckham has lived under the spotlight that naturally comes with being the son of David and Victoria Beckham. But while the headlines have often focused on his famous family, his latest performance is another reminder that he’s quietly building a music career of his own.

Cruz has shared a stripped-back cover of Bob Dylan’s classic “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right,” and it’s an incredibly easy watch.

There’s no flashy production or attempts to go viral. Instead, it’s just Cruz sitting by the water with an acoustic guitar, letting the song do the talking. The laid-back setting suits the performance perfectly, creating a calm, intimate feel that has been winning over listeners online.

Rather than trying to reinvent the Dylan classic, Cruz treats it with respect. His vocals are understated, his guitar playing is solid, and the performance feels genuine from start to finish.

It’s also another sign that he’s serious about music. Cruz has been developing his own career with his band, The Breakers, steadily releasing original material and sharing performances while largely avoiding the hype that often follows celebrity children.

Whether or not you’re a fan of the Beckham family, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to dismiss Cruz as simply another celebrity offspring trying music. Performances like this suggest there’s real talent there, and if he continues to develop at this pace, he’ll earn recognition on his own merits.

Sometimes the simplest performances are the ones that leave the biggest impression, and this acoustic cover does exactly that. It’s relaxed, honest and genuinely enjoyable.
