New Found Glory will close the main stage at 2000trees 2027, with an exclusive Reuben reunion headlining a huge first wave for the festival’s 20th anniversary.
New Found Glory have been named the first main stage closer for 2000trees 2027, and they’re making their debut at the Cheltenham festival with two exclusive sets marking 30 years of the band.
The festival returns to Upcote Farm from Wednesday 7 to Saturday 10 July 2027, and this first announcement is a big one.
New Found Glory Play Two Sets
As well as closing the main stage, the pop-punk veterans will play a deep cuts set in The Forest on the Friday.
In a statement, the band said they had spent the year planning 2027 shows to mark their anniversary, adding that “Chad was a part of all these plans and will be there in spirit with us”.
Reuben Reunite for First Ever Trees Show
The other headline grabber is an exclusive Reuben reunion. Frontman Jamie Lenman has since played every stage at 2000trees, but this will be the first time the band have played the festival.
Lenman is also on the bill in his own right.

Creeper, The Menzingers and More Return
Creeper, who first played The Cave stage in 2015, are back, along with Mannequin Pussy, Fever 333, Chalk, Bayside, Vower, Hot Water Music and Electric Six.
The Menzingers will play a 10th anniversary set for ‘After The Party’, while unpeople, who say they were “born as a band at trees in 2023”, also return.
There are some real throwbacks too. Lonely The Brave return with original vocalist Dave Jakes after 10 years without playing together, INME (who headlined the very first 2000trees) will play a special 2007 anniversary set, and Cheltenham post-hardcore band Crooks play their first gig since 2016.
Native James lands a main stage slot, which he called “just nuts”.
The Revival Tour Takes Over The Forest
On the Friday, The Revival Tour, curated by Hot Water Music’s Chuck Ragan, takes over The Forest stage with Brian Fallon of The Gaslight Anthem, Dave Hause, Dan Andriano of Alkaline Trio, Tim Barry, Emily Barker and Jenny Owen Youngs.
Further down the bill are The Meffs, Baby Lasagna, Barbarians of California, Taylor Acorn, Archers, Sincere Engineer, Bikini Body, Grommet, Pintglass, Spite House, Yee Loi and many more.
Still Independent After 20 Years
Organiser James Scarlett said the festival is still run by the six friends who started it and has stayed independent, adding that “2027 is going to be a massive celebration”.
2000trees won Best Medium Festival at the UK Festival Awards in 2018, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Tickets are on sale now at 2000trees.co.uk.
New Found Glory closing the main stage and a Reuben reunion. Is this the strongest first announcement 2000trees has ever had, or…?
